I have already done that with my current favorit character.
Rascale in her pre-delta life, is a protegy pionanist going on schollarship
to an exclusive catholic school in central city.

A a -1 quirk she has the enemgy of Angella Gabriel, Yes the daughter of Don
Vito Gabriel.  Angella rules the school through fear and inflencence.
Angella is using this thim to hone he leadership skill so she will one day
replace her father as head of the Crescent City mafia.

Rascale is the strongest of the "rebel" element in this school.  So Angella
used he fledgeling inflence in her father's organsiation to have Rascal
removed.

This involved blackmailing a underling is hit rascale with a car.  The
underling in question was a acholic, and was drunk at the time.  So when he
hit Rascal, he panic in his getaway and manage to kill himself.

Rascal became a delta as resalt of this event, and Angella does not know
that her underline made the hit before his demise.
