Major Events
The Hidden Quay: A 7th Sea CCG Storyline Tournament
10:00am, Saturday, September 30th - Event #4GCB04
The seas of Théah are vast and not every corner has been explored. The
western oceans have swallowed untold numbers of ships, while hidden coves and
islands dot the untamed blue. Sometimes, these islands can become more than
just an empty spot on the map: wily captains stumble across them and use
them for their own purposes. They remain officially undiscovered, but a few
- a precious few - know where they are and can use them to their advantage.
One of the crews of 7th Sea has found just an island - not marked on any map,
not shown on any charts - where they can rest, recuperate and hide from their
enemies. It contains a fresh water supply, wild pigs for food, and a
secluded harbor that can obfuscate even the larget vessel. Such a refuge can
spell the difference between life and death on the bloody seas of Théah. In
order to claim it, you'll have to defeat those who stand in your way....
5 Rounds of Swiss Style format. Top 16 advance to single elimination finals.
Deck construction: Open Format.
Everyday Heros: A Doomtown CCG Storyline Tournament
2:30pm, Saturday, September 30th - Event #5GCB04
Heroes are created in the Weird West every day. This is your chance to become
one!
What happens when someone you know is threatened? Are you strong enough to
step up to the plate and defend them? Can you muster the strength of
character to put your own life on the line for another? In this Doomtown
storyline tournament, players will be offered the chance to be a hero - not
for themselves, or even their own faction - but for a single unfortunate
soul, new an untested in the ways of the Weird West. One Doomtown Dude will
become an everday hero, and reap his just reward. And in Gomorra, karma is
not a force to be Reckoned with! The winning player of this tournament will
choose a single Dude from their faction (who must be a part of their play
deck), who will be featured on the "Everyday Hero" Action card, to be
released in an upcoming expansion. That character will become a celebrated
hero in the new struggle that will envelop Gomorra, taking his personal
odyssey in new and unexpected directions.
5 Rounds of Swiss Style format. Top 16 advance to single elimination finals.
Deck construction: Open Format.
Thunder’s Challenge: A Clan War Storyline Tournament
10:00am, Saturday, September 30th - Event #4GCB17

came to the aid of the Thunders as Ishikawa and his troops tried in vain to
reach them. What glories await for the clan that helped to save the Empire?
If the Shadowlands win either of these events... someone will pay the price.
Join the great forces of Rokugan on the Day of Thunder and let the might of
your clan be felt throughout the Empire! The future of L5R is yours to
shape... to command. Now is the time to act! This is a day for heroes...
