[BNW] Delta World updates

Hi folks,

Delta World has been updated this last week.  Just wanted to send a
quick note out about it.

The stories section has been split into two..one for fiction and one for
alternate settings (which was an idea I've had for awhile..not related
to the recent email thread).  An actual fiction piece is now in the
stories.
The story is an idea I've been kicking around for awhile..so I'd love
any feedback about it.  (besides the grammar errors..I'm working those
out already..lol)

I've added White Crow's page to the Big List.

Also I put in an update box...which is the most obvious change.
