[BNW] re: the FAQ

Sorry, I should have been more specific yesterday.

Yes, Geocities supports frames.  But...they either look like garbage (if you 
put the Geocities banner at the top), or pull up that new annoying 
box/window/advert every time you go back to the frame.

So yes, I _could_ do frames in Geocities and put the BNW FAQ in a framed 
format such as Allen had.  However, the end result for most viewers would be 
really really annoying.

Unless someone knows of a way to get round that, short of my paying 
GeoCities no-banner fee...?
