[BNW] The FAQ Moves On

Allan Seyberth recently asked me to take over the management of the Official 
BNW FAQ, and I've finally found the time to reformat and update it and 
accept his offer.

From now on, the Official BNW FAQ can be found at:

http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Stargate/4991/bnw/faq.htm

This page not only contains a fairly basic HTML page of the FAQ (Geocities 
doesn't support frames :( ), but links to .RTF, .TXT, .DOC, and .PDF 
versions of the FAQ.

If you have any problems downloading these files, let me know, since 
Geocities tends to be a bit finicky about letting folks access non-HTML 
pages sometimes.

The current FAQ incorporates all answered questions/rulings that I am aware 
of at this time. It also incorporates all of the entries that I had on my 
former Rulings page, which from this time out will cease to exist. Any 
future answers I get from Matt, as well as any on the mailing list, will go 
directly into the FAQ.

I did erase a few entries out of the old FAQ, as they were obsolete and/or 
no longer relevant, such as an entry saying, "X will appear in Y" when Y has 
since been released.

I will continue to ask questions of Matt and monitor the mailing list for 
new FAQ entries. If you get a personal answer from Matt and feel it should 
appear in the FAQ, cc a copy to me.

Feel free to link to this FAQ page if you like.  Also free to take a look at 
the rest of my site if you'd like - there's hopefully some stuff you'll find 
interesting.
