Tough call, I would give the Jungler a better chance to resist it. or just
do stun damage. So it put the Gasser on an even playing field with the
Jungler.

In my game I would only require the trick, if there was an underlying
intelligence. Like animals, humans, or plants animated by the Jungler.
Anything that couldn't sense danger (simple lifeforms) would not need the
trick.

Truth and the President of Costa Rica (Ravaged Planet page 105) also have
the same name. So I would assume it's a mistake.
