Heh, heh <nervous laugh> ... let me get this straight.  There are power 
dampening "devices" that dampen the powers of deltas and alphas ... but these 
"devices" are not maintained by (and we can probably therefore assume also 
not created by given the way the gadgeteer power package is described) 
gadgeteers?  Man, that's interesting!  I can't WAIT to see how this one turns 
out!!!  I hope Matt covers it in the next book!
