ok ... here we go ... 

After talking to several people at the list serve dinner at Origins, I decided
to post my spin on where the world is heading as we all dream of Crossroads
... These ramblings are based on the following "facts" gleaned from the
existing sourcebooks ....

Fact 1:  The aquarians are rumored to have arrived, not been created in the
blast that ended the Bicentennial Battle

Fact 2:  Regan is trying to combine a Bargainer's power with a Gadgeteer 

Fact3:  The Bomb that ended the Bicentennial Battle may have originated with
the US Government (ie Facade)

fact 4:  There are as many neutral realms in the universe as there are
Infernal and Angelic ....

So ... here is what i think is gonna happen in Crossroads ...

The bomb was actually Regan's FIRST success of combining Bargainer and
Gadgeteer abilities ...  It sent the majority of Alphas to another realm of
existence and they are coming back ... There are 2 possibilies where they went
....

Possibility One:  The Alphas were sent to "Hell"  and Superior leads a massive
jail break a la Brimstone

Possibility Two:  The Alpha's were sent to a neutral realm, and are coming
back with new friends to aid in the Battle between the Angelic and Demonic.  

Under either possibility, Earth becomes a crossroads of reality ... similar to
Casablanca in WW2 .... 

I talked to Matt about these ideas ... He said they were interesting, and then
gave a firm NO COMMENT .... what do you think?
