I ran The Ripper adventure from the Power Shield last night. My two new
players were a Gunner and a Bomber. They had pinned the Ripper between them
in an alley, and while he/she/it was facing off against the Gunner, the Bomber
ran up behind him and blew his arm up.

2D6 = a 3 and a 6.  The 6 rolls another 6 and then a 3 for a total of 17,
which is then multiplied by the character's Size of 6 for a mind-numbing 102
points of damage. Needless to say, the confrontation with the Ripper was very
short.

I think in my home games the Bomber's damage dice will not be able to explode
at all. Well, maybe just once.
