Yes, Delta Prime does have some new gadgets....new Armorgeddon suits, 
hovercars, etc.  that's about the only one that does, if memory serves.

I really liked the Bargainers book...the background story really gives the 
game a much broader and interesting scope.  It does have new totems, 
Bargainer templates, and some minor spells...sort of like Covenant abilities. 
 Worth the money, IMO.

Depends on what you like...I've liked them all, so far, and am really looking 
forward to Glory Days :)
