[BNW] Sourcebook Questions

Hello list, new guy here.  I only have the main rulebook and Ravaged Planet 
and I had a few questions about the sourcebooks.

1.  Do any of the books have new gadgets? (I think I read that Delta Prime 
did, but I'm not sure)

2.  Would the Bargainers book be a good buy? (What does it contain? New 
totems? Bargainer history?)

3.  Which book is the best?

P.S.  Go see X-Men!  It is a great movie and it is almost exactly the same 
as the BNW universe.
