[BNW] Evil Unlimited [MATT]

Matt -

What is the scope/reach of Evil Unlimited?  I know it is something we will
all define for our individual campaigns but, in the official setting, how
big/powerful/well-known/competent/dangerous are they?  I'm not asking for a
preview of the book (nice as it would be) but just a little information so I
can see how my ideas compare and where I think I'll take them.
