actualy it says top speed = 120 pace =100

not 100 pace = 120 mph; reason it like this, in a situation where [you are
going to use pace, the car is probably going to be doing lots of manovering,
shooting out of windows etc and so wont be traveling at top speed

personaly I think we need a few more rules in the moving about section of
combat, can i run at my full pace backwards shooting at a charging enemy for
example? obviously not but on the other hand its nice and simple how it
is.....
