Hi Pascal,

The kernel32.dll file is OK. The problem is with an IE-based DLL called
Expsrv.dll, which controls certain browser-based window functionality.
Apparently the Win98 version is incompatible with NT. My original testing
did not uncover this, since the file version was different. When I made the
self-extracting file to post on the web, the newer version got brought in. I
hosed my own system at work installing the program. Once I traced the
problem, all I had to do was copy the old DLL back on, and things returned
to normal. I'm going to make a new install tonight, and post it in the
morning.
