Understood......... and if the Hacker (which he/she or any other PP with a 
strong use of one or two skills SHOULD do) buys the same amount of 
levels.....they STILL get to add a +10 to it due to their...well....'power'.  
   That's the point I was going for.     Seems like if your a Hacker, you're 
gonna pump that Computing skill as high as possible to enhance your 
natural(?) aptitude with the skill.     CAn't see it any other way.     
That'd be like a Gunner saying...."Well.....I get a natural bonus to my 
Shooting skill...so I won't actually buy the skill itself up.".    Of course 
that's just one man's opinion.
