    You forgot the tricks.   Yes the power seems light but don't forget on 2 
(or 3) successess they can make their hack untraceable, which in the day and 
age of computers is very powerful.
    Yes maybe it is not a good player package (I run shadowrun and I do use 
deckers but only if they can do something else too) but it is nice haveing an 
idea of what such a person could do.   After all look at what hackers are 
doing now and then think what Delta hackers could do.
