Regs and Deltas (was Re: [BNW] Death of a Campaign)

But wouldn't Batman also be a Sneak (albeit without the Nightvision, but 
maybe with a +10 Stealth instead)?  And, like Night Owl earlier, isn't 
Batman just generally versatile enough in the Smarts category that he could 
be a Genius as well?  And maybe belong to one of the previously discussed 
Martial Artist packages?  And, hey, he throws a pretty mean Batarang pretty 
quickly - why not make him a Gunner as well?  (Just because he uses 
boomerangs instead of guns doesn't mean he can't use the Shooting skill.  Or 
would it be Throwing?  Either way, create a power package to suit your 
needs.)

*shrug* Your mileage may vary, but my understanding was that a great deal of 
Batman's appeal was that he was a normal guy, with no powers, trained and 
disciplined to the heights of human perfection.  To make him a super-powered 
guy (and presumably one that doesn't have a clue he actually has 
super-powers) seems to take away from a great deal of that appeal.

Besides...does _everything_ have to be about Deltas?  In the BNW revisionist 
history to date, almost all of the movers and shakers and "name" folks in 
general eventually end up being Deltas.  Your mileage may vary, but IMO 
there must be a few Regs out there that want to take the fight to Kennedy as 
well.
