Look folks, I'm not worried about if people will playit right.
When it IS played right ... it's too powerful, by way to wide a margin. When
I look at balance issues, I assume it WILL be played well. And to me,
balance is more than just "player X has to walk a thin line" ... it also
factors in "players Y and Z feel cheated" ...
A GM has a responsibility to ensure everyone has a fair chance at anjoying
themselves. Ergo, IMO, the Covenant needs it's legs cut off a bit.
