That is where I would see the Blessed, er Covenant people being "controled"
from, from the GM point of view. They have their beliefs, and that is where
they get their power. Renig on the faith, Big G removes some power. Then
makes you repent or some quest to get them back. I kinda see it like Jedi
and Dark Force points in WEG's Star Wars.
