[BNW] Delta-Dampening *whoops* (was Teleporters)

I stand corrected on one point.  Concerning delta-dampening devices, 
according to Ravaged Planet (page 76), "...no one's been able to figure out 
how to produce more than a few of these devices (why?), and their power 
requirements are equivalent to that of a large city."

So quite clearly Kennedy is probably not using such a field for his 
protection during public appearances (rulebook, page 77) for that reason 
(among others...).  So we're back to, why doesn't one kamikaze Teleporter 
use Teleport Friend on a bomb with a dead man's switch and take a run at the 
President...?
