Acucmulated Ruligns (was Re: [BNW] Healing)

Umm, yeah, that's quite important.  Might help to get that into the 
accumulated rulings ASAP.

Just as a note to Allen or whoever, it might be helpful to date the 
accumulated Rulings with a "Last Updated" note.  That way more recent 
subscribers can tell how far behind we are.  ;)

You can roughly tell when it was last updated by sorting through the 
individual date-listings for individual entries.  It looks like the last 
update was 11/11/99.
