[BNW] Interrogation Successes

Not a rule question (to Matt's relief, probably :) ), but just something we 
found useful.

The rules on Persuasion/Interrogation are somewhat...vague when it comes to 
what you get for your Successes.  The implication seems to be that you 
pretty much don't get anything unless you get 3 successes.  The success 
results at levels 1 and 2 (as per page 103) are pretty much meaningless as 
far as getting questions answered.

For those who need it, the simple solution seems to be that the interrogated 
individual will answer one question per success.  The Guide may, of course, 
modify the number of successes required for a particular question the 
interrogated person doesn't want to answer.

There probably should be penalties for repeated interrogations, too, as the 
target/victim becomes inured.  Those too are at the Guide's discretion, but 
the basic "1 success = 1 answer" seems to work.
