I noticed this today that the Gadgeteer doesn't have the tinkering skill.
Any one know the low down on this one?

Yeah I figured that it was pretty powerful, but also pretty expensive (in
terms of loss of actions) so that they balanced out. The cool thing would
be that one time that the speedster get likes 7 actions, uses 1 for first
move (which I really think he should have) and the other 6 for
blink-actions :)
