We've noted some problems with Shrinker. Taking Size 4 is a Hindrance.
Taking Size 1 (even with 8-10 pts. of Armor) can be really, really
dangerous. You almost _have_ to have both Tricks to pull this off (unless
you like kneecapping folks - presumably Shrinker types never get Head Shots
when shrunk :) ). Taking Brawny (which apparently gives you 10/- as opposed
to 8-) seems to be a
mandatory step.
"Genius" is probably of not much use to you in a combative environment, and
his Tricks strike us as a little vague. Not sure if you considered this a
problem or not "balance" wise.
Sneak is somewhat tricky. The guy's main power is...well, sneaking. But
having him do a bunch of ambushing can get kinda boring. Unfortunately,
when you pit somebody up against him that can actually spot him, he'll
probably complain because his character isn't being allowed to do what he
intended. :(
Gadgeteer - who knows? The rules say to give them stuff similar to a Power
Package, but the Power Armor provided as an example is actually somewhat
better (armor, flight, blaster-type guns. The guidelines in the base
rulebook are really really vague here.

We just have all the Goliaths become Bargainers. Build a Delta Relic of
the Goliath power. ;) Take off the amulet/wand/crown/whatever, lose the
Powers (but more importanyl, the Quirks!), go blend into the crowd and
quietly investigate. When it's time to do some whoop-ass, put it back on.
