Alright, I'll take a crack at it. (My BNW info isn't
too good, cause I haven't gotten to read the books in
entirety)

1.Ramses Lash has been in jail for the past 40 years,
he was a secret apprentice to Alester Crowley and is
considered one of the original Bargainers.
2.A secret group calling themselves the Revelers, has
kidnapped over thirty people over the past three
months.
3.The Revelers plan to free Ramses and make him their
leader, they plan to then subvert the Defiants, Delta
Prime, and even the government.
4.Members of The Revelers:Kilroy and Bunsen, Kilroy is
a gadgeteer specializing in the bio-mechanical and
Bunsen is his older sibling, a Genius, who believes he
knows everything about the human brain.
5.Glimpse is a teleporter who fronts as a defiant
member, keeping the groups clear of each other.
6.Porter is a gunner who is an active member of DP and
subverts any of their leads on The Revelers'
activities.
7.Squeeze is a Goliath who loves to demonstrate why he
is called such.
8.Kilroy and Bunsen have set up a large device in an
old warehouse that is hooked directly into the
abductees' occipital lobes, where nodes collect a
chemicla released when the eyes take in an overload of
stimulus.
9.The "stuff" collected is then transferred to an
nano-mesh body glove that Glimpse wears, and boosts
her power to the point where she can teleport absurdly
massive objects.
10. On Halloween she will do this to Ramses' entire
cell after being snuck in by Porter.
11.Once free, Ramses can use his unbelieveable power
to "take control" of everything, he can only do this
on Halloween when the nearest ley line, or dragon
road, flares to it's largest in over 4,000 years.
12.Your group has just uncovered the whole conspiracy
by following an unwitting Squeeze back from a food
run.

Hope yall like it. I think I'm going to actually write
up stats for this little group of baddies, maybe even
figure a way for DP backing.
