Yes, I'd have to say that was a trick. I've never seen a character who
projected from one place, eyes, hands, whatever, switch where they've
projected from, so I would say it should be hard, or a high cost. I've seen
them "bounce" an attack for similar effect, hitting foes behind them, but
that's about it.
But this brings another question to my mind. How would you define the
Havoc/Cyclops "imune to each other" blasters? Would you even charge for it?
I always thought that would be more interesting if one of them was a
villian. A hero and Arch-foe who cannot use their powers against each other.
