Hero is doing a Fifthe edition to clean up some small areas--no game is ever
perfect--but updating the material after many years..is an acceptable
practice.
Secondly that's my point If BNW isn't an "inclusive Superhero game" then
what are the limits to packages? That's part of the point of my arguements
what is an acceptable package if it isn't inclusive? If everything can't be
done then what are the things that CAN be done?
How about someone who can transform their bodies to Water? Is that
acceptable...? Or is that beyond the bound of BNW? We aren't even provided
with basic guidelines as to what Delta's CANNOT Do.....
