[BNW] BNW Character Generator Update

Greetings,

    Just wanted to drop an update on the character generator. I've got the
database editor in final testing. The main part of the generator is working
well, but I've got to add in a few of the character restrictions. I haven't
keyed in all of the skill/power/quirk description text yet. I'm not
speculating on a release date yet, but I'm getting there. After this one's
out the door, it's time to get the Deadlands version upgraded and completely
caught up.
