Well, let's formalize this:

Matt.   Two questions please.

1)  Can you spend Veteran points to buy a new Trick during character
creation.  There seems to be some confusion regarding the fact that Veteran
provides 5 points, but tricks cost 10?

2)  Do tricks cost 10 points during character creation?  I ask this because
10 (for lack of a better term) Creation Points are far more effective and
therefor "costly" then 10 Experience Points?
