[BNW] Super Hero Deaths--oxymoron?

     Ok, so I'm already trying to guess at the secrets that are heading our
way but I can't help it.

     Granted, this isn't our typical super-hero game but will this hold true
for super-heroes staying dead?  I don't think so.  Have we seen the last of
Patriot?  Nah...I doubt it.  It's this thing about how Alphas are created.
I haven't finished reading the books yet but it seems like death tends to
bring out the powers and I think I read somewhere about deltas becoming
alphas.  I'm going to guess that something happens to a delta when he dies
that we haven't been told and there is a chance he can return as an alpha.
Patriot will be back.  At least this would explain why all those villains
keep coming back after their "deaths."

"It can't be you, Captain Evil!  I saw you get mangled in that compactor and
then watched as what was left of you fell into the flowing pit of molten
lava you started!"

"Easy.  I turned into an Alpha."

Of course, this still leaves the question of why no new Alphas have appeared
but I guess we have plenty of time to figure that one out.
