[WW] Another LOTRD Question

This was pointed out on the Blaut-Auf-Der-Rhine list.

Are there tables missing from the prestige classes (Raider, Navy Captain,
Frogman), or are the Raider and Frogman basically commandos with
specialization?  And is the Navy Captain just a specialization for Navy
Officers (thus not really a prestige class), or is it supposed to be a
true prestige class?  By the text, it's more a matter of having the
prerequisites, and getting the position than it is about being a prestige
class.  Can I get a clarification?
