It's a "fan project."  Lite on game details, so that individual WM's can
alter as they see fit.  I'll probably find a place to put it on the web
once it's "done."  Right now, only the Brits and Commonwealth are in the
electronic version.  Eventually it will include all the major
nationalities, plus some neutrals, as well as fictional characters for
the period.  Once I get Ver 1.0 in the can as it were, I'll send it to
who ever wants a copy.
