Just watched it last night (a friend taped it for me).  I enjoyed it - it's off to a good start.  And I think the utter confusion of the airborne landings was frightening enough even without being part of a Weird War.  

I'm looking forward to the rest of the series.

with supernatural influences. Shadowy monsters in shadows, handfuls of 
airborne troops, low on ammo, with no idea where they are...
