Evil Eoin could be very manipulative as a referee. One
of his more amusing tricks was, in a military game or
one where the chain of command mattered, was to pick
the player to play the officer who could handle it
least well - someone who dithered or could not make
the 'alpha males' do what he wanted. A good way of
getting the horrible green 2nd LT (or the infamous ACW
political generals like 'Spoons' Butler).
