I'd actually have a problem if PEG went this route. The most frightening
thing about Hitler's Germany is that he didn't *need* a spell, or a trick,
or anything except a nation ready to blame someone for their problems.
That's worth remembering, and shouldn't be cheapened (even in a game) by
writing it off to a Hitler imbued with magical powers.
