Everyone keeps talking about Vampires as concentration camp commanders, so I 
thought that I'd just add my thoughts on that subject.

No, a concetration camp commander doesn't need to be a monster to be evil, 
because he already is one. What could be interesting, would be for there to 
be a vampire hiding somewhere in the jewish ranks and feeding off of them. 
Then the pc's come in and find that they are faced with evil on both sides of 
the fence.

Just an idea.
