All very good books, I have many of them myself. For historical based
fiction I'd highly recommend the following:

"The Eagle Has Landed" by Jack Higgins
"The Eagle Has Flown" by Jack Higgins
"The Iron Cross" by Willie Heinrich

Actually I'd recommend anything by Willie Heinrich, although I believe that
all of his books are currently out of print... :(
