I definitly plan on taking the Cthulhu approach to spellcasting aka.  Mainly 
ritual magic, always harmful, always evil.  So Good PC will rarely even try 
to use it(only if its the only way to defeat the big bad evil monster).  
Although bad guys spellcasters might be a bit more common.
