First off I really liked the more detailed account of the session. The game
sounds like its a blast to play. My thoughts on the Officers responsibily
are this. First off I assume that promotions and medal to not effect XP.
I.E. You need to need to be a sergant before you can be level 4. something
like that. This would mean that a player could be a private but be level 10
or higher, he just either never got a long whit his CO or he just was very
unlucky when it came promotion time. This is realistic. As I said in a
previous email, rank doesnt really mean squat once the bullets start flying.
Command can easily break down and it having more little gold bars on your
shoulder doesnt make you a good fighter.

As for the Court Marsall ability, I think its a 1 way ticket to the loony
bin for the whole squad. I can see the conversation.

"I want to have Private Ryan Court Martialed for Disobeying a direct order"
- CO

"Well what was the order" - Even bigger CO guy

"I ordered him to run down the hallway and attack the enemy" - CO

"Did the enemy have a obviouse advantage, such as machine guns or rockets" -
EBCO

"Well it was a Demon" - CO

"Okay....I think its time you take a long vacation"

Dan

"Wherever and Whenever we appear we leave only destruction in our wake; we
are the Lords of Death, Bringers of War, the Dark Angels."
