So.... I went out to the kennel / shed area to bring Eli out to work on obedience.? Clipped up his lead and he trotted out ahead of me - which is a no no of course.? So... I went to give him a strong quick correction and turn the other direction... but unfortunately I had not clipped it in correctly and right as I gave my pull it held.. and then popped loose suddenly, and I went FLYING backwards right into a pile of logs... it hit right below my shoulder blades.?
Eli immediately spun and came back and sat next to me while I moaned.? I was really happy about that part.?? I sat there wondering if anything broke and once again thinking that I should keep my phone with me. Then I looked to the right and there, about 35 feet away on the other side of the pasture fence, stood the two donkeys and the two goats...all in a row, looking at me like... "what's the matter mom?".
so tomorrow morning will no doubt be very painful experience, it's very swollen, but I am SO thankful I didn't hit them with my lower back and glad Eli didn't take off.
