Yeah, I have to ask the butcher if he/she has any bones in the back. Usually they do - and will cut them up the size I want. If Costco cuts their own meat (and doesn't have it trucked in like Wal-Mart -yuck!) you should be able to get some bones. When I lived in the U.P. of Michigan, the local grocery store always had bones pre-packed and set out with the other meat - but haven't seen that since we moved to Virginia. Good luck! Greetings All Thanks for your suggestions and ideas. The large, super center, mega-monopoly grocery store by my house does not sell bones. Niether does the smaller grocery store (owned by the same chain) not too far from my house. This suprised me a great deal. We shop at Costco once or twice a month and I thought about asking the meat department if they sell bones. I'm thinking they probably don't but it's worth a try. Bad boy, Orso, really likes the XL Busy BUDDY chew toys - they screw apart and you can put new flavor wafers between the layers when they wear out. The toys are a little hard to find - I think I got my last ones from http://www.entirelypets.com/ - they aren't cheap but Orso has had his for his whole life - (he's 19 months now - don't know how he's made it this far will all the things he has done and eaten!)
