Oh wow... we NEVER get this heat and it is one for the record books going back over one hundred years or so.? over 105 in parts of Washington... 102 ish in my neck of the woods.? We don't have A/C because it is normally not needed here in Washington state.? The dogs have pasture, shed, trees, but of course it is awful.? So I heard an idea on the radio this morning to take some canned dog food and swirl it in a blender with water and then freeze it in ice cube trays.? Well, heck, I have BIG dogs, so I used my flexible muffin tins.? After inspecting it, they both dug right in munching on their frozen goodies!
