Keith!
Your book arrived today and I read it immediately.
Actually, I sat on our front steps and read it with my one-year old pup, Kodiak :)
I must say that Six Tiny Claws on Each Back Paw is a charming and interesting tale. And that is saying a lot, in the age of interactive and pop-up books! Further, that is the sweetest drawing of a Pyr paw you have on page 15.
All gushing aside, I think the 'Afterward' that distinguished the wolf's role in folklore and it's role in wildlife was easily explained and a nice touch to the story.
Regards,

Congratulations!
I ordered it - the grandkids will love it...even though I'll probably keep it :)

Hello folks,
I wanted to let you know that I am the author of a new children's bedtime storybook about Great Pyrenees. The story "Six Tiny Claws on each Back Paw" tells the tale of why our beloved Pyrs have double dew claws. You can see it at Amazon.com.
