With the small amount of money he got ($50 for pups & $125 for the bitch) I truly don't think that will happen in this case. Could be wrong, hope I'm right. I agree with your thoughts but feel that each case has to be looked at on an individual basis. Thanks for sharing your opinion. We can not help puppy mills buy buying the dogs, no matter how painful it is to see the conditions they must endure and we can not help the jerks who do this by buying their stock. We did put this one poor girl in a better situation, but I will bet you the breeder runs out and replaces her with the money he gets. What's to stop him now?
