My 12 year old poodle developed a mass in her breast. We had it
biopsied and were told that it was a very invasive type of cancer.
She only lived about two months.
Since that time I have had every female dog that I have had as a puppy
spayed prior to their first heat........am told that is necessary to keep them
safe from reproductive tract cancers.
