Yes! Pennsylvania dog works - you can find them on the web w/ google,
I am sure. I ordered a four wheel cart years ago for my pyr, ski and
training was hardly needed .. she was great. also - I asked the
therapy dog ? myself a while back and got lots of folks who had used
their pyr that way.
