What is his height? My Jasper is barely 29 inches tall and his most recent weight is 106 pounds. The ratio of height versus weight is an important consideration.
 
Czar is 31" at the shoulder.  Still looks tall and slender but may still have some filling out in the chest area as he is still maturing.

It is good to hear the feedback on the weight issues with Pyrs.  Czar is now 3 1/2 and I was very concerned about his weight hovering around 108-110 pounds.
