You are trying to do too much at one time. No blood yet, but it is coming. Pyr's guard on instinct. If they ever perceive the donkey as a threat to anything they guard you have lost completely and it would not be fair to expect the Pyr to be able to figure all this out. Also if the donkey every kicks the Pyr, the Pyr will never forget and you will have lost also. Pyrs do retaliate.
Your dogs will never accept the donkey if they perceive it as a threat in any manner and it likely may be too late already. If you can get the donkey, away from the Pyrs to stop fussing with or playing with the chickens, and then get the Pyrs and donkey, away from the chickens to coexist reliabily, maybe then the three could be together. Sounds like you have some really good working Pyrs there, don't confuse them.
