Hi,

My 9 month old Pyr does the same thing. He has a great time chasing June Bugs on my deck. He doesn't eat them either, but paws them and plays with them until they are dead.

Also, he has a fascination for plants/flowers. I have quite extensive flower beds and he loves to pull off any and all blossoms. A friend told me he was just being a romatic and picking flowers for his "mommy"!
