It is interesting to watch them work together.
I had posted a while ago that I was having trouble with an adolescent male pyr (neutered) who had been rehomed and my male mastiff and newf.
Well I let them work it out and set about firmly establishing the pecking order with me first, then the mastiff and newf.
so far still so good.
I actually caught Raider sleeping next to the mastiff, butt to butt the other day.
My mastiff and Newf still lounge on the deck watching him patrol the fence perimeter, I'm sure they think he's crazy:)
